Wayne is a seasoned growth operator with 20+ years of experience scaling software, SaaS, and technology services businesses across EMEA and APAC.
He has held senior leadership roles at global enterprises like Oracle, Vodafone, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as high-growth and turnaround ventures backed by EQT and Fortive.
A former Sales SVP & GM, Wayne brings a practitioner’s lens to every engagement - shaped by years in the trenches leading commercial transformations, international expansions, and M&A execution. He’s built high-performing sales teams, driven go-to-market excellence, and delivered revenue growth across sectors including financial services, manufacturing, life sciences, and retail.
